Review of “The Assassin’s Heart”

Review by S.V. Farnsworth of “The Assassin’s Heart” by J.A. Kazimer
This fast paced, engaging novel draws you in with action, twists, and charm. Well written and riveting, this adventure/romance is a great escape with heat. Julie engages the reader in intrigue and physical attraction with real romance on an ever closer horizon. Not a hearts and flowers book, this gritty, sincere story is a fun read. Julie captures the main characters’ drive to take “liking to the name of love” (Shakespeare) in this don’t want to miss adventure.
I met Julie at a Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers workshop she taught last year. She’s as human, charming, and gritty a person as you can find. If you like romance novels, then I hope you enjoy this book. Get to know Julie @:

Life is Like a Daffodil

Once upon a time, I worked in a florist shop. I delivered floral arrangements to happy recipients. I also, processed flowers when they shipped to the store. Processing involved cutting the stems and placing the flowers in warm preservative water.
My favorite flower is the daffodil. When those came in I cut them, put them in water, let them sit for a few minutes, and then transferred them to a fresh container of water. When daffodils are cut they ooze a toxin that makes them wilt.
People can be like daffodils. I like to read those kinds of stories. I write injured characters with toxic lives and help them find a fresh way of living. You may enjoy my series “Woman of the Stone”. A sample chapter is available at https://sites.google.com/site/svfarnsworth/home/sample.
